receives one X chromosome from each parent.
Male child receives an X from mom (all she has to give) and a Y from dad
(needed for child to be male).
Raw DNA file will have small variations from company to
company. After you have created the Raw
DNA file you will use the same one every time you want to transfer raw DNA for
that tester.
Wikitree.com does not accept Raw DNA. It accepts a description of tests and kit
numbers and then propagates them to the ancestors in their big tree that you
could have inherited that DNA from.
